1. Eligibility for Returns:

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or not as per the order.
  • The return request is raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all accompanying materials (tags, warranty cards, etc.).

2. Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the buyer.
  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Products without original packaging or missing accessories.

3. Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Provide information: Provide your order details, invoice number, and clear images of the defective or incorrect product.
  • Review and approval: Our team will review your request and provide approval or denial within 3 business days.
  • Shipping: Once approved, you must ship the item back using our preferred courier partner. We will provide you with shipping instructions and a return shipping label, if applicable.

4. Refund & Replacement:

  • Replacement: If the returned product meets the eligibility criteria, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
  • Refund (Credit Note): If a replacement is unavailable, a credit note will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned product. This credit can be used for future purchases. We do not offer cash refunds.
  • Shipping Charges:
    • Return shipping costs will be covered by us only in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
    • For other returns (e.g., buyer’s remorse), the buyer will bear the return shipping cost.

5. Cancellation Policy:
